We all know how important it is to have a healthy lifestyle, but sometimes it can be hard to know where to start.

Try to fill at least half of your plate with these produce at each meal and you’ll be on your way! I have started this healthy habit recently.
You can also consider adding some healthy fats and proteins to your diet. Healthy fats like avocado, olive oil, and nuts, as well as lean proteins like fish, chicken, and tofu, can help to keep you feeling satisfied for longer.
Next, let’s talk about staying active. Exercise doesn’t have to mean hours in the gym, it can be as simple as going for a walk around the block or trying a new yoga class. Find something that you enjoy and stick with it. If you want to make it even easier, try to incorporate more movement into your everyday life – take the stairs instead of the elevator, go for a walk during your lunch break, or take your pup to the park instead of the couch.
And finally, don’t forget to take time for yourself. Take a few minutes each day to relax and unwind. This could be reading a book, taking a hot bath, or meditation. I am personally enjoying meditation and, the calmness it gives me after a busy lifestyle is rewarding.. Whatever helps you relax and recharge is important for your overall mental and emotional health. One more thing Walking bare feet also helps in so many different ways which I’ll discuss next time.
